Phoenix GYROTONIC® does not simply prescribe exercises, we aim to educate. Our goals are to foster an awareness and understanding of the body, to develop clarity of intention for the tactile cueing that is required for assisting clients, and to create an environment that facilitates discourse. Our teaching is grounded in biomechanics, considers a neuro-centric perspective and embraces the intuitive nature of energetics.
Phoenix GYROTONIC® offers all aspects of GYROTONIC® Level 1 and Level 2 teacher training, GYROTONER® teacher training, GYROKINESIS® Pre-Training, and hosts other Master Teachers to enrich our offerings. Learn the tools to teach the GYROTONIC Expansion System® — GYROTONIC and GYROTONER equipment work and GYROKINESIS yoga — and lead clients toward expansive, more easeful movement and a profound sense of well-being.
Pre-Trainings may be taken for personal growth, with no obligation to continue further in the educational component, while the Foundation Teacher Training is for those who wish to become trainers of the method.
